Ordinal Numbers
The Italian ordinal numbers from first to tenth have special forms.
Ordinal numbers above tenth are formed by adding the suffix -esimo to the cardinal number minus the final vowel.
However, the numbers tre and sei retain their final vowels when the ordinal suffix is added.
